Is it permissible to send gifts via TikTok to needy individuals with the intention of Sadaqah (charity) or Zakat (obligatory alms)?

TikTok "gifts" are virtual currencies purchased by a user and given to those they follow. The streamer can then convert these into real money. The ruling on these donations depends on the status of the streamer: if they are calling to good or permissible matters, then it is permissible to donate to them. However, if they are spreading corruption, it is not permissible to donate to them, based on the Almighty's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression). It is also advisable to first check on those in need among relatives, neighbors, and people of dignity.
