Is it permissible to take out an interest-bearing loan for marriage in a case of extreme necessity due to chronic prostatitis and the absence of other solutions to cover the costs of marriage? And is this considered one of the necessities that permit the forbidden?

What has been mentioned does not constitute a necessity that permits usury, for forbidden things are not permitted except out of compelling necessities, as Allah Almighty says: "And He has already explained to you what He has forbidden to you, except for that to which you are compelled." Therefore, one should seek permissible earnings. It is not necessary to marry someone whose wedding expenses you cannot afford; rather, you can marry someone else who is content with little and desires chastity.
