Do the sons and daughters of my deceased children inherit from their deceased mother, and how is her estate—which includes an estate on which zakat has not been paid—to be divided between her two sons and three daughters, knowing that the deceased also had two other sons who have wives and children?

The zakat that the deceased did not pay must first be disbursed from their wealth, and then the remainder is distributed among the heirs. If the deceased left behind two sons and three daughters and no one else, then the inheritance is divided among them, with the male receiving the share of two females. That is, the inheritance is divided into seven shares: each son receives two shares, and each daughter receives one share. The two sons who died during her lifetime have no share in her inheritance, nor do her grandchildren or the wives of her sons have any share in the inheritance.
