Is it permissible for a woman to remove her niqab to work in a government job to provide a decent life for her children, in light of difficult financial circumstances?

Scholars have differed on the permissibility for a woman to uncover her face in front of non- men when there is no fear of temptation. Our (ruling) is that it is not permissible. Whoever fears Allah and trusts in Him, He will suffice him in every concern; as Allah Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him."
