Is it obligatory for a woman to perform ghusl for janabah if she experiences arousal merely by looking, and is ghusl also required of her when she has a wet dream?

If a woman experiences an orgasm without seminal discharge, she is not required to perform ghusl. However, if the sensation of orgasm leads to seminal discharge, or if she sees semen after waking up from sleep (whether she had a dream or not), then ghusl becomes obligatory for her, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Yes, if she sees water."
