Is it permissible to name a girl "Julia," which means "young in her mind and heart"?

There is no religious impediment to naming a girl with this name, as long as it does not carry a meaning disliked in Islamic law. However, it is preferable to use Islamic names, such as the names of the Mothers of the Believers and the great female Companions.
