Is the Hadith "Is there an end to Islam?" authentic, and why wasn't the objector considered an apostate?

The Hadith: "Any household, be it Arab or non-Arab, for whom Allah wills good, He introduces Islam to them." Then tribulations occur, and you return to them "as pouring black serpents, some of you striking the necks of others"—this Hadith is firmly established and authentic. The Bedouin did not say "No, by Allah, if Allah wills" in objection, but out of love for the continuation of Islam. And "al-dhulal" refers to the surrounding shadows, and "al-asawid as-subb" refers to pouring black serpents.
