Is the Hadith, "Whoever abandons prayer intentionally has disbelieved," authentic?

Al-Tabarani narrated from Anas that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever abandons prayer intentionally has openly disbelieved," but this is a weak hadith. Ahmad and Al-Bayhaqi also narrated from Umm Ayman that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not abandon prayer, for whoever abandons prayer intentionally, the protection of Allah and His Messenger has forsaken him," but there is disagreement regarding the authenticity of this hadith.
