Is it permissible for the husband to take flowers given to him by a worker from the nursery without the owner's knowledge, and what should he do with the flowers he already possesses?

It is not permissible for the husband to take the flowers without the shop owner's permission, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." He must return the value of the flowers to their owner. If he is unable to do so, he should give charity on behalf of the owner. As for what the shop owner is doing by threatening the worker with dismissal, the contract of employment is not valid in this case, and the worker must leave this job due to the uncertainty (gharar) and injustice involved.
