Which is better for studying the science of Tafsir: Al-Iman University in Yemen or the Islamic University in Madinah?

Both universities offer abundant good, but the Islamic University is distinguished by facilitating prayer in the Prophet's Mosque and residence in Medina. Prayer therein is better than a thousand prayers elsewhere, except for the Sacred Mosque. Residence in Medina provides safety from the Dajjal, and it is hoped that whoever dies there will attain intercession. Additionally, there is the attainment of blessings in sustenance. Its virtues have been mentioned in books of Hadith, such as Sahih al-Bukhari and Muslim.
