A teacher is a private employee, obligated to be present throughout the designated working hours, regardless of whether there is work to be done or not. It is forbidden for them to be absent or leave early, except in cases of extreme necessity with the permission of the responsible authority. It is also forbidden to falsify attendance times or for the teacher to hint at exam questions to students. Exams must be a true measure of the students' level.
