How is the inheritance distributed if the heirs consist of: one (maternal brother), one (daughter), and one (wife)?

The daughter inherits one-half as a mandatory share (fard), based on the Almighty's saying: "{And if there is only one, then she gets half}." She takes the remainder by way of return (radd). The maternal brother is completely excluded from inheritance (mahjub hirman) by the daughter. The estate is to be divided into eight shares: one share for the wife, and seven shares for the daughter, as both a mandatory share and by way of return. It is advisable to refer inheritance cases to Sharia courts due to the possible existence of other heirs, bequests, or debts that the heirs may not be aware of, as these take precedence over the heirs' rights.
