Is it said, "In Your name, O Allah, exalted is Your majesty, and there is no god other than You," when catching up with the imam while he is bowing?

"If someone arrives late and the Imam is reciting aloud, they should listen after the opening takbir. However, if the recitation is silent, they should begin with the Istiftah supplication if they can complete Al-Fatiha before the Imam bows. Otherwise, they should recite Al-Fatiha directly, as it is an obligation. And whoever finds the Imam already bowing should say the takbir and bow immediately without the Istiftah. The Istiftah supplication is: 'Glory be to You, O Allah, and with Your praise; blessed is Your name, and exalted is Your majesty, and there is no god besides You.'"
