How can one overcome intense sexual desire and emotional deprivation that lead to masturbation, feelings of depression, and guilt, while outwardly maintaining religious observance?

It is permissible for a woman to offer herself in marriage to a man she deems righteous, provided certain guidelines and etiquettes are observed. For marriage to be facilitated, she should remain chaste and patient, and not succumb to the whispers of Satan. She should seek help from Allah, rely upon Him, turn to Him, show her weakness and need for Him, and have a good opinion of Him. She will then find success, ease, and assistance from Him.
