Is it possible to consider some of the hadiths authenticated by scholars as fabricated, such as the hadiths concerning leadership and obedience to the ruler, because their authenticity might lead to the loss of justice, rights, and accountability?

A Muslim must receive their religious knowledge from those known for their knowledge and piety. It is impermissible to deny the hadiths in the "Book of Leadership" (Kitab al-Imara) from Sahih Muslim, due to the definitive establishment of the majority of hadiths in the Two Sahihs (Bukhari and Muslim) and the consensus of the Ummah on their acceptance. As for the hadiths concerning hearing and obeying the Muslim ruler and the prohibition of rebelling against him, they are mutawatir (transmitted by so many narrators that their authenticity is unquestionable). While it is impermissible to obey him in an act of disobedience to Allah, it is not permissible to rebel against him unless he openly displays clear disbelief (kufr bawwah) or abandons prayer.
