Is it permissible to publish messages and articles in the name of the head of the charitable organization if he only approves them, or if he outlines the main points and I elaborate on them?

The manager's approval of articles and letters, or his writing of the main points in them, is not sufficient for them to be attributed to him. Conceding does not make that false attribution permissible.
