Why is it said "Your noble face" (وجهك الكريم) and not "Your beautiful face" (وجهك الجميل) when supplicating for the pleasure of gazing upon the face of Allah, and what is the meaning of "Al-Kareem" (the Noble/Generous)?

The phrase "I ask You for the delight of gazing upon Your Noble Countenance, and the yearning to meet You" is an established supplication, authenticated by Al-Albani. "The Beautiful" is a Name and description of Allah the Almighty, as stated in the Hadith, "Indeed, Allah is Beautiful and loves beauty." However, the established supplication mentions the attribute "the Noble" (al-Kareem) and not "the Beautiful" (al-Jameel). Therefore, it is preferable to limit oneself to "the Noble" in adherence to what is established.
