Is it permissible for a Muslim to make a vow to complete the recitation of the Quran?

It is permissible for a Muslim to vow to complete the recitation of the Quran, and it is permissible for him to vow to draw closer to Allah through a specific act of worship upon completing the Quran. He must fulfill what he has vowed, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Him."
