The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, loved good names and disliked ugly names. He clarified that the most beloved names to Allah are "Abdullah" and "Abdul-Rahman," and the most truthful are "Harith" and "Hammām," while the ugliest are "Harb" and "Murrah." It is preferred to name children after Prophets, righteous people, and the Companions. The names Maymunah, Aisha, and Khadijah are good because they are among the Mothers of the Believers.
