If the wife did not stipulate to her husband that she remain in her home, then neither she nor her guardian has the right to prevent him from moving her wherever he wishes. She does, however, have the right to a dwelling suitable for the couple's circumstances. In case of dispute, the judge shall arbitrate in assessing the couple's circumstances and the appropriate dwelling. The husband should communicate with his wife and clarify to her the obligation of obeying him in what is good, and that obedience to the husband takes precedence over obedience to parents.
