Am I obligated to deliver the debt my father instructed to be delivered, given that I am currently unable to travel because I am a university student? And what about the debt my father sent with someone who did not deliver it?

The children must repay their father's debt from his inheritance, even if the debt exhausts all the money, based on the hadith "The soul of a believer is tied to his debt until it is repaid," and the hadiths that mention the Prophet's urging to repay the debt of the deceased. If the father sent the debt with a person who did not deliver it, the father's responsibility is not absolved until the debt reaches its rightful recipient. The heirs have the right to demand the debt from the person who did not deliver it, and if he denies it, they can take the matter to the Sharia courts. The son can utilize Islamic banks to transfer money to repay the debt if he is unable to travel.
