What is the Sunnah regarding the Izar (waist wrap) and Rida' (upper garment) for a pilgrim in Ihram, and is it a requirement for them to be new?

The for the izār (lower garment) and ridā' (upper garment) of a pilgrim in a state of ihrām is for them to be white and clean. It is not a condition for them to be new, for Allah is beautiful and loves beauty. It is recommended for one to enter into ihrām in two clean, white garments. The cleaner they are, the better.
