What is the ruling on a female doctor examining the anus and penis internally?

It is forbidden for either gender to expose themselves to the other, except in cases of necessity or if a doctor of the same gender is unavailable. If what occurred was not out of necessity, then it is forbidden, and repentance is obligatory. However, if it was out of necessity, then there is no blame in it, as Allah Almighty says: "And He has elaborated for you what He has forbidden to you, except for that to which you are compelled."
