Is it permissible to take a loan from Swedish banks to buy a house, with the aim of returning to Iraq and saving the children from perdition and deviance in Sweden?

It is not permissible to take a usurious loan, whether in lands of disbelief or Islam, because usury is one of the most severe prohibitions, except in cases of dire necessity where the hardship cannot be endured without it. This necessity is defined as: when one strongly believes they will perish because of it, or suffer unbearable hardship, or be unable to secure the minimum standard of living for the poor. Necessity is assessed by its measure; once it ceases or a substitute is found, the matter reverts to absolute prohibition.
