What is said to a man who prays but causes mischief among people, especially his family, and what is the solution for him to stop doing that?

A person who causes discord among people is considered among the close soldiers of Satan, for Satan has despaired that worshipers in the Arabian Peninsula would worship him, but he has not despaired of instigating discord among them. What this person does is considered among the major sins, and his action is considered corruption on earth, and Allah Almighty does not love those who cause corruption. It is obligatory to advise this person and explain the danger of his action and its ugly consequences, for prayer prohibits immorality and evil. And whoever's prayer does not prohibit him from immorality and evil will only increase in distance from Allah. He must continue to perform prayer and be advised to perfect it, for it will benefit him, even if after some time.
