Is it permissible to transfer fatwas received via email to another forum, and is the hadith of Jabir regarding the supplication of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in Masjid Al-Fath on Wednesday between the two prayers authentic, and what is the ruling on one who considers it authentic because Al-Albani graded it hasan?

The hadith (definition) of Jabir concerning the acceptance of supplication between the adhan (definition) and the iqamah (definition) was narrated by Imam Ahmad. Scholars have differed regarding whether it is weak or hasan (definition) (good), and Sheikh Al-Albani graded it as hasan. Many scholars act upon this hadith and consider supplication at this time to be accepted and recommended. Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned that a group of his companions and others sought to make supplication at this time.
