Is it recommended for a woman to perform ghusl for istihada if a small amount of blood or spotting comes out after the end of the maximum period of menstruation, or is ghusl for istihada specific to those for whom the blood continues until it mixes with the menstrual blood of the following month?

A woman experiencing استحاضة (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) is not required to perform ghusl (ritual bath) during the period of استحاضة. Rather, she performs ghusl once when her menstruation ends. If she sees blood that is determined to be استحاضة, ghusl is not obligatory for her, but rather it is recommended. It is then recommended for her to perform ghusl for each prayer. If she combines two prayers with one ghusl, that is good. If she performs ghusl once every day, that is also good. If she limits herself to performing wudu (ablution) for each prayer and does not perform ghusl at all, this is sufficient according to the majority of scholars, and this is the correct view.
