Is it permissible for a sick person to pray while wearing a diaper containing impurities?

Prayer is not forfeited due to a continuous state of ritual impurity or the defilement of one's garment. Fatimah bint Abi Hubaysh came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who experiences continuous bleeding (istihada) and does not become pure. Should I abandon prayer?" The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, replied: "No, that is merely a (bleeding) vein, not menstruation. When your menstruation begins, abandon prayer, and when it ends, wash off the blood from yourself, then pray."
