Is the Hadith, "Whoever adheres to seeking forgiveness, Allah will make for him a way out of every worry, a relief from every hardship, and provide for him from whence he never expected," an authentic Hadith?

This hadith has a weak chain of transmission (sanad) due to the unknown narrator, Al-Hakam ibn Mus'ab. However, its meaning is sound and supported by Quranic verses and other hadiths. Seeking forgiveness brings sustenance, removes worries, and provides a way out of difficulties for the Muslim. It is a form of piety (taqwa) towards Allah, which is the cause of all good. It can be mentioned in the chapter on encouragement and deterrence using a nuanced phrasing (sighat al-tamrid).
