How is the house that the mother wrote to her two daughters (through sale and purchase) to be divided after the death of the first daughter and then the second, knowing that the first has eight daughters, and the second has two daughters and a man?

If the mother sold the house to her two daughters with a valid sale fulfilling all conditions, the house becomes their property, and the share of each daughter after her death is inherited by her legal heirs. However, if the sale was fictitious, intended to disinherit some heirs, then the sale is invalid and takes the ruling of a bequest that is not enforceable except with the consent of the heirs. In this case, the house is divided among all heirs. Finally, matters of inheritance must be presented before the Sharia courts.
