What is the ruling on joining Freemasonry?

The Fiqh Academy has decided to consider Freemasonry a secret organization with Jewish roots, possessing political objectives hostile to all religions, especially Islam. It attracts influential individuals through temptation and intimidating rituals, and exploits its members to serve its malicious goals. It also has branches under different names. Therefore, whoever affiliates with it, knowing its true nature, is a disbeliever.
