What is the ruling on one who dies shaven, and does he die as a sinner, especially if he dies on a Friday?

Shaving the beard without necessity is considered unlawful by the majority of scholars. And whoever dies persisting in shaving it, not following those who permitted it, dies disobedient. His matter is with Allah Almighty; if He wills, He will forgive him, and if He wills, He will punish him.
