Does viewing a pencil drawing that has no female features, but depicts a female embracing a man, constitute breaking an oath sworn not to view indecent things?

A Muslim must avoid looking at forbidden sights. As for breaking an oath concerning looking at drawn images that do not depict female features, the reference point for this is the intention and purpose of the swearer. If, by his oath, he intended every sight that indicates a forbidden or improper practice, then he breaks his oath by intentionally looking at them if they suggest indecency and immorality. But if he intended by his oath not to look at real images, then he does not break his oath. And whoever is afflicted with looking at forbidden things must hasten to repent and abandon these sins, which lead to corruption and hardness of the heart.
