How can one respond to Christians' claims of a contradiction in the Quran concerning the Angel of Death in Surah As-Sajdah: 11 (the Angel of Death is one) and Surah Muhammad: 27 (angels take people's souls)?

The Holy Quran is the word of Allah; falsehood cannot approach it from before or from behind. It is a perfect book with no discrepancies or contradictions. What some people claim about contradictions being present is due to the inadequacy of their knowledge.

Thus, Allah's saying: (Say: The angel of death, who has been entrusted with you, will take your souls) and His saying: (Our messengers caused him to die) are not contradictory. This is because the one entrusted with seizing souls is the Angel of Death, and he has assistants from among the angels who act on his command.

Therefore, death is attributed to the Angel of Death because he carries it out, and to the angels because they are his assistants, and to Allah Almighty because He is the true disposer by His command.
