Is it permissible to use Polident denture adhesive in Ramadan if it has no smell or taste?

Dental adhesive is used to secure dental prosthetics and prevent their movement. The ruling on its use during fasting depends on whether it dissolves in the mouth or not. Some dentists have stated that this adhesive does not decompose or dissolve at all in the mouth. If it breaks apart when the prosthetic is removed, the fragments can be detected, collected, and expelled. What seeps into the stomach is not characteristic of this material, unlike toothpaste. The resolution of the Islamic Fiqh Academy states that cleaning teeth does not break the fast, provided one avoids swallowing anything that reaches the throat.
