Is it permissible for a wife to message her husband's brother on WhatsApp, whether for a need or otherwise?

A woman is permitted to speak with her husband's brother if there is a need, provided that temptation is absent and suspicion is removed. However, if temptation is feared or suspicion exists, it is not permissible, because speaking with a young woman who is a stranger without need is a cause for temptation.
