Does a follower's mistaken utterance of the تكبير (Allahu Akbar) after bowing, followed by "سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ" (Allah hears those who praise Him), necessitate the prostration of forgetfulness (سجود السهو)?

Saying the Takbir (Allahu Akbar) and Tasmi' (Sami'a Allahu liman hamidah) inadvertently in places other than their prescribed positions necessitates the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud as-sahw) according to some scholars, and it is a recommended act. Whoever omits it, their prayer remains valid.
