The answer

Your sitting next to your fiancée in the car before the marriage contract is impermissible, as she is a non- to you.

As for the attire for the marriage contract, you have a choice, whether it be a thobe or a suit, with a head covering or a necktie, provided it does not include anything prohibited by Islamic law.

It is permissible for women to engage in permissible amusement at weddings, such as singing and playing the daff (tambourine), and there is no harm in playing regulated wedding songs in men's sections.

The husband directly adorning his wife with jewelry before the marriage contract is impermissible. After the contract, it is permissible, provided the gathering does not include anything prohibited by Islamic law. It is better to avoid it if there are non-mahram women present, and it is permissible if it is limited to your mahrams.
