It is permissible for you to marry your paternal uncle's daughter. This marriage is not forbidden to you simply because her elder sister was breastfed by your mother. This act only establishes prohibition between you and her sister who was breastfed by your mother, and no one else. As for her other sisters, they are not related to you by fosterage.
