Is what a girl is experiencing—the theft of her money, people shunning her after having been attached to her, her engagements not being completed, her work coming to a standstill, and her unwillingness to mix with people—despite her maintaining her prayers, remembrances, and self-ruqyah, a case of magic or envy? Is it called "sihr waqf al-hal" (magic that halts one's condition)? And what is the solution?

It is recommended to maintain the morning and evening adhkar (remembrances), and to recite Surat Al-Ikhlas and the two Mu'awwidhatayn (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) three times in the morning and in the evening, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Say 'He is Allah, [who is] One,' and the two Mu'awwidhatayn, when you enter the evening and when you enter the morning, three times; they will suffice you against everything." Also, be diligent in supplicating with: "O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this world and the Hereafter...", and repeat "Allah is sufficient for me; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne" seven times in the morning and in the evening, in addition to the supplication: "O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining, by Your mercy I seek assistance; correct for me all my affairs and do not entrust me to myself for the blink of an eye." Regarding employment and marriage, it is advisable to supplicate during times when prayers are answered, and one can present oneself to someone acceptable through the guardian.
