What is the ruling on working in the manufacture of frames that include Qur’anic verses, or pictures of Tunisian cities, or of zodiac signs? Is the money earned from this forbidden?

It is forbidden to sell paintings that contain Quranic verses if they will be exposed to disrespect or used as amulets. As for paintings that contain images of living beings, whether sculpted or drawn, they are absolutely forbidden, unlike images of non-living beings, which are permissible. It is also forbidden to sell paintings with zodiac sign drawings, because they are a form of divination, and this falls under aiding in sin and aggression.
