Whoever believes in the doctrines of the sect mentioned in no. 30332, it is not permissible to pray behind him nor to marry him off. He should be prevented from employment if he is a propagandist for his doctrine and his influence on employees is feared. It is preferable to prioritize Sunnis in employment.
