Repentance from one sin is valid even while persisting in another of a different type, such as a酒 addict repenting from usury. Good deeds are accepted from whoever fears Allah in performing them, even if they are disobedient in another sin. A person must perform their obligatory duties even if they are persisting in a certain disobedience, and their repentance is sincere and accepted even if the sin is repeated without persistence. It is obligatory to stop masturbation and watching pornography because they harden the heart and distance it from Allah.
