Is one who swears an oath with his hand on a mobile phone that contains Quran applications like one who swears an oath with his hand on the Mushaf?

A phone containing Quran applications does not take the ruling of a Mus'haf (physical copy of the Quran). The ruling regarding an oath sworn upon it depends on the wording of the oath: If he swore by Allah, or by the Quran, or by the Mus'haf, then expiation is due if he breaks his oath. However, if he swore by a created thing, his oath is not valid and no expiation is due.
