The superiority of the spot where the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was buried over all other places is a matter conveyed by Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Lamti in his poetic work, Nudhum Qurrat al-Absar.

As for preferring the spot where the Messenger was buried over the Throne, the people of knowledge have found no discourse on this matter.

Regarding the issue of precedence between Mecca and Medina, the majority view favors Mecca. They cited prophetic traditions as evidence, such as his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "By Allah, you are the best land of Allah and the most beloved land of Allah to Allah."
