Is a person who dies of kidney failure considered to have died of an abdominal disease, and therefore a martyr?

We hope that whoever dies from an abdominal illness, such as kidney disease or other similar conditions, is considered a martyr, due to the generality of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The martyrs are five: the one who dies of plague, the one who dies of an abdominal illness, the one who drowns, the one who dies under a collapsing building, and the martyr in the cause of Allah."
