What is the ruling on semen exiting in the morning during Ramadan without intercourse?

The emission of semen by a fasting person has several scenarios:

- If it occurs due to a wet dream or similar circumstances, his fast is valid, and he must perform ghusl (ritual purification). - If it occurs due to masturbation or intimate touching like kissing, without intercourse, his fast is invalidated, and he must make up for that day. - If it occurs due to intercourse, his fast is invalidated, and expiation is obligatory upon him, even if he did not ejaculate.
