It is prescribed for the worshipper to say between the two prostrations: "My Lord, forgive me," or "O Allah, forgive me, and have mercy on me, and mend my affairs, and raise my status, and guide me, and grant me well-being, and provide for me." These phrases were reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. There is no harm in prioritizing some of them over others, nor in reciting some of them at times and others at other times, or in combining them.
