Is it permissible to use the interest-bearing Visa card until its installments are paid off, and is withdrawing sums from it for a fixed fee considered usury?

Among the conditions for repentance from a sin are abstaining from it, regretting it, and resolving never to return to it. If the credit card is of the impermissible type, then you must cease dealing with it until you dispose of it. For whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better, as Allah Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
