هل ما فعله ابن العمة من مداعبة العضو الذكري للسائلة وهي نائمة في صغرها يعتبر زنا، وهل يجب عليها إخبار زوجها بذلك؟

A person is not punished for their sins before puberty. Puberty is reached by having a wet dream, or the growth of pubic hair, or reaching fifteen years of age, or menstruation for a woman. If the incident occurred before puberty, there is no sin upon her. If it occurred after puberty, she must conceal herself and not inform her husband to avoid harm.
